Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap

AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD WRAP

You will need:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken

  • Half of an avocado, mashed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 celery stick, chopped

  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

  • 1 small carrot, shredded

  • 1/4 cup arugula or spinach

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 wrap (I like Siete Foods tortillas)

Mash the chicken, olive oil and avocado together. Then, mix everything else together well. Spread mixture into a wrap and enjoy!

Avocado is a great substitute for mayonnaise.
